I had a delightful stay at this hotel where the views of the Arenal Volcano from my room were absolutely breathtaking. The service was really accommodating, helping me arrange shuttles and offering welcome drinks upon arrival. The atmosphere in the tropical gardens was enchanting, especially at night when the fireflies danced around. While the dining was decent, I felt there could have been more variety. Overall, it's a fantastic place to unwind, though I wish the dining options had been a bit more exciting.
